On September 22nd, RGS actively participated in the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) Autism Awareness Campaign. This initiative aimed to educate and raise awareness about Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) within the school community. Staff members from across all departments joined the campaign to better understand ASD, its early signs, and the importance of inclusive practices.

The session, led by Dr. Ahmed Karmus from PHCC, provided valuable insights into how teachers, support staff, and administrators can identify signs of autism and contribute to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for students with special needs. It highlighted the significance of early intervention and the crucial role schools play in supporting students on the spectrum.

This campaign is part of our ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive educational environment, where all students, regardless of their challenges, can thrive with the necessary support and understanding.
