How to Pay

Fees are due at the start of each term. We accept payments by cash, credit / debit card, or bank transfer.

For the Academic Year 2024-2025, the terms will begin as follows:

  • Term 1 (Autumn) – 1st September 2024
  • Term 2 (Spring) – 6th January 2025
  • Term 3 (Summer) – 6th April 2025

Each student is required to pay a one-time, non-refundable registration fee when offered a spot at the school. We aim to be clear about any extra costs that may come up for specific services. These can include things like certain trips, the school bus, or learning support for some students. These additional fees will be billed separately for easy understanding. RGS Qatar is part of the government’s educational voucher system. Qatari students can receive a yearly grant of QAR 28,000, provided they submit the required documents set by Ministry of Education and Higher Education. Please keep in mind that the voucher doesn’t fully cover the annual tuition fee. Any remaining balance must be covered by the student.

We also offer corporate discounts on tuition fees for parents employed by companies like Qatar University, Qatar Foundation, Qatar Energy, Aljazeera Media and many others. For more details, please contact our Finance Department at 4036-0452 or via e-mail at finance@rgsgq.com.
